Overview At EllasGoods, we partner with Printful to fulfill and ship all orders. Because our products are made to order, please allow additional time for production before shipment.

Processing Time All orders are printed and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• United States: 3–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
